Summer Solstice Special

Sometimes, to go forward you have to retreat

Imagine three days in wild nature, eating ‘beyond organic’ food, foraging, picking, preparing and eating delicious food from our Food Fforest garden, created by our fantastic chef Joki, learning health secrets from Patrick Holford  in evening talks, foraging, fermenting and having fun in the Food Fforest, with Adam, our expert grower, going for guided walks in the Black Mountains, hanging out with Alpacas, having hot tubs, saunas and massages (optional extra), swimming in our eco pool, starting the day with yoga and meditation and celebrating the summer solstice with the inauguration of our new Goddess Temple and the Totem Poles as the sun sets.

This is a great opportunity to reset, recharge, detox, have fun with real people, eating real food, in real wilderness and learn a thing or two to reinvigorate your healthy life. Food is generally low GL, meat-free, with dairy and gluten-free and vegetarian options.

This retreat starts on Friday afternoon from 4pm 19th June and ends on Monday morning June 22nd.

The costs, from £499, includes all activities, with massages (Thai, holistic or reflexology) as an optional extra – £50 each.

All activities are optional so, whether you just want to switch off or dive into everything, it’s entirely up to you. We encourage a digital and alcohol detox but that’s up to you too.

This retreat is limited to 15 people. Single accommodation is £599, double or twin/sharing accommodation is £998 per couple, bringing a friend or your partner. Find out more about FforestBarn.co.uk and the room options. Fforest Barn is near Abergavenny, 2.5 hours away from London or Manchester, by train or car.
