Anusara Yoga Retreat with Bridget Woods Kramer

This yoga retreat led by Bridget, is a chance to come together as a community. The practice of Anusara yoga offers a brilliant alignment system for our asana practice, infused with a heart quality, the real purpose of yoga. Anusara means to follow your heart and flow with Grace and this retreat will be a time for coming home, to our hearts, individually and collectively.

THE DAILY RETREAT YOGA SCHEDULE INCLUDES:

Morning meditation practice
Two yoga practices, awakening morning flow and restorative evening flow
With plenty of time throughout the day to enjoy the glorious surroundings of Sugarloaf Mountain, including guided walks with Patrick Holford, a pioneer in new approaches to health and nutrition.
